Ceramic Playshop

Season 2

A Play with Clay
SGD 65.00

A slow, tactile session exploring clay through curiosity and touch.

This ceramic playshop is not a traditional pottery class. Instead of learning how to make specific objects like cups or plates, we spend time exploring clay through textures, simple prompts, and hand-building experiments.

Working mostly with our hands and natural materials, each piece becomes a small discovery. No two outcomes are alike.

The session is designed as a space to slow down, play, and reconnect with the making process.

Whether you're completely new to clay or simply looking for a different kind of creative experience, you're welcome here.

    • explore clay through tactile prompts and textures

    • experiment with hand-building techniques

    • create small sculptural or functional forms guided by curiosity

    • spend time observing, making and sharing the process

There is no pressure to achieve a perfect result — the focus is on exploration rather than technique.

This playshop is designed as a process-based experience, where each participant is encouraged to discover their own ways of working with clay.

  • All materials will be provided.
Just bring yourself, a curious mind, and come ready to play with clay.

Since clay can get messy, we recommend wearing clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Aprons will be provided.

For easier handling of clay, shorter nails are also recommended.
